About Bear Valley Riders
Bear Valley Riders is more than a snowmobile club. We’re a year round off-road community made up of snowmobile, dirt bike, and side by side enthusiasts who share a deep love for adventure, mountain life, and preserving access to the incredible terrain of the Bear Valley region.
Founded by local riders and long time backcountry explorers, our mission is to promote safe, responsible recreation while supporting the land and community we ride in. Whether you're new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, Bear Valley Riders offers a welcoming space to connect, explore, and build lasting memories.
What We Do
We organize rides, host events like the annual Bear Valley Sled Fest, and advocate for snowmobilers’ interests with land management and local organizations. Our members enjoy exclusive ride days, training opportunities, and camaraderie built on shared respect for the outdoors.
Bear Valley Riders also supports youth involvement and family participation with programs like the Little Riders events, safety workshops, and group rides tailored for all skill levels.
Bear Valley Sled Fest: Our Signature Event
Each spring, Bear Valley Riders hosts Bear Valley Sled Fest—a multi-day celebration of mountain riding, family fun, and off-road culture that brings riders together from across the region.
Held at the iconic Bear Valley Ski Resort, this event features snowmobile drag races, hill climbs, kids’ activities, group rides, avalanche safety workshops, live music, and more. From the LED light parade to the Little Riders scavenger hunt, Sled Fest has something for every age and experience level.
It’s more than a weekend of riding, it’s a community gathering that reflects everything we stand for: adventure, connection, safety, and giving back.
